Within the last decade I’ve gained professional experience in various industries, while honing a unique but diverse skill set. From leading teams to executing strategic initiatives, my background encompasses roles in project management, construction development, and client relations. I thrive in dynamic environments, leveraging my adaptability and problem-solving abilities to drive results and exceed expectations.

    • Provided hands-on management of operations and maintenance to preserve and increase the value of residential brownstone properties, located in Manhattan, ranging from 100-150 units.

    • Responded to, investigated, and resolved all owner and tenant concerns to achieve a high level of customer service and efficiency.

    • Managed and negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

    • Worked with vendors and staff members to manage both long term and short terms projects.

    • Worked to build and strengthen client and vendor relationships to achieve beneficial long-term partnerships.

    • Develop relationships with potential buyers and sellers to generate leads.

    • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.

    • Prepare and review documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.

    • Coordinate home inspections and appraisals to ensure homes are up to safety codes.

    • Tasks take place in; The building of a hotel renovation in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The building of Shoprite in Mohegan Lake, New York.

    • Prepare ledgers after closings for attorneys, tax collectors, our agency, etc.

    • Handle the receiving and sending out of wires, to and from companies, buyers, sellers, and banks.

    • Balance the company escrow account with the transfer and deposits of company profits.

    • Submit documents for E-Recording, and mail out original recorded documents.
